KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Specialization- Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Developer Inventory funding & working capital.
• To meet revenue targets as assigned/Running Profit Center.
• Responsible for converting the leads given by the company.
• Maximize sales through a network of DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders/Real Estate Brokers etc.

KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Good Communication Skill & Business acumen
• Managing Sales Team (only applicable for ASM & TL post)
• Running profit centre
• Having good number of active loan Channel Partner Network (Like CAs, Real Estate Brokers & Developers)
• No gap & Cash Salary in previous Job will be entertained
